Refund Policy

All bookings for Basant Event Lahore are subject to the following refund rules:

Non-Refundable Bookings

Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, safety issues), customers will be offered:

• Rescheduling, or
• Partial / full refund (case dependent)

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend on the booked date or time slot will result in no refund.
